Reserve Your ASC Luncheon Table or Individual Ticket Today!

ASC’s 38th Annual Luncheon is nearly sold out! If your firm or company has not yet purchased a table, please reach out to Lead Chair Devon Sharp or Co-Chair Debrán O’Neil to reserve yours today. A limited number of individual tickets are also available, so purchase yours before we sell out!

The phenomenal Jenny Anchondo will once again serve as our Mistress of Ceremonies. We will hear from POETIC’s co-founders, Dr. HaeSung Han and Jennifer Tinker, and of course, our keynote speaker, Elizabeth Smart.

Pre-Purchase Your Luncheon Raffle Tickets!

The Luncheon Raffle is back this year by popular demand! The Raffle will feature a 48 x 48 custom painting by local artist Roma Osowo; a gorgeous, hand-knotted rainbow gemstone necklace by jewelry designer Lauren Fox; and a Valentino handbag from a generous anonymous donor. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the Luncheon, but you can streamline your Luncheon experience by pre-purchasing raffle tickets using the link below.

Attendance at the Luncheon is not required to win the Raffle. ASC will contact the winner of each item if they are not present at the Luncheon. If you win an item and are unable to pick up your item in person in Dallas, then you must pay to ship your item. Raffle participants may win only one (1) item each. Winners are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes associated with winning the item.

Volunteers Needed for Luncheon Setup and Day-Of Activities

We need volunteers to help with the Luncheon! There are multiple opportunities available.

Luncheon Setup. We need volunteers to help set up in the National Ballroom on June 12 (the day before the Luncheon). There is another group using the National Ballroom during the day on June 12, so we will have access to the ballroom for setup around 7:00 p.m. We know this is a later setup than in past years, but that's all the more reason why we need strong volunteer support! The more volunteers we have, the faster we'll able to finish setup. Sign up here.

Day-Of Activities. We also need volunteers to assist on the day of the Luncheon. Opportunities include:

  • Registration before the Luncheon: 11 a.m.-12 p.m.

  • Luncheon Raffle: 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

  • Registration for late arrivals: 12-1 p.m.

Volunteers for the Luncheon Raffle shift will go from table to table, confirming ticket purchases and collecting tickets. If you know any high school or college students who need community service hours, this is a great way for them to participate! Sign up here.
