Cortland Kelly Grynwald

2015 – 2016 Lead Chair

Cortland Kelly Grynwald is Director of Client Management for Counsel On Call and is based in the firm’s Dallas office. In this role, she designs, implements and manages legal solutions for Counsel On Call clients in the DFW Metroplex and across Texas. She engages and maintains relationships with existing Counsel On Call corporate clients, developing additional contacts and proactively crafting alternatives to traditional permanent hiring by supplying specialized legal professionals for short- and long-term projects. Cortland earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia, where she was actively involved in Student Bar Association leadership and was the Producer for the Libel Show during her third year. She also earned her undergraduate B.F.A. in Theatre, summa cum laude, from Virginia Commonwealth University. Cortland initially practiced as a real estate, commercial litigation and bankruptcy attorney for six years, first with the largest law firm in Orlando, Florida, and then with Carrington Coleman in Dallas, before becoming a legal recruiter in 2005. She has been an active member of ASC for eleven years, and is thrilled to serve as the Lead Co-Chair for ASC’s 30th Anniversary during the 2015-2016 term.
