Dena Denooyer Stroh

Lead Chair for 2013-2014

Dena DeNooyer Stroh is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Murchison Oil where she is responsible for all legal issues including contracts, regulatory, land, structuring, corporate governance, human resources, and compliance. Ms. Stroh also manages the Company’s outside counsel relationships. A National Merit Scholar, Ms. Stroh received a B.A. from Yale University and graduated from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law, cum laude. Ms. Stroh has held multiple office and chair positions with various bar associations including President of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and Chair of its Foundation Fellows.She was also recently named one of the Dallas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 for 2013.
