Mosaic is a safe haven for survivors of human rights abuses, including human trafficking and domestic violence.
Mosaic Family Services, formerly known as East Dallas Counseling Center, was founded by Dr. Walter Nguyen, a refugee from Vietnam, in order to meet unmet needs within the growing multicultural communities of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Mosaic has worked with refugees and immigrants since its founding in 1993, and first served victims of domestic violence in 1997 with the inception of the Multicultural Family Violence Program. In 2001, the agency began its Services for Victims of Trafficking Program, which provides comprehensive services for victims of human trafficking. The same year, Mosaic House opened its doors as the region’s first multicultural housing for victimized immigrant women and their children.
TLC's mission is to improve case outcomes for abused and neglected children by enhancing the quality of legal services they receive, by raising public awareness, and by facilitating improvement in systems that serve children and families.

Texas Lawyers for Children (TLC), a program of the Child Protection Connection®, protects the rights of abused and neglected children in the courts, the community, and the legislature. TLC engages in legal and legislative advocacy, legal education efforts, and public awareness events -- all with one goal -- to protect the legal rights of abused children and improve their court case and life outcomes. One way that TLC protects children's rights is through this Online Legal Resource and Communication Center -- a tool providing free statewide assistance to thousands of judges and attorneys who handle child protection cases in Texas. TLC's online services include a legal resource center, secure communication tools, training, recent news and updates, and a network of pro bono attorneys available to mentor and assist our site users.

Hope Supply Co., formerly known as Captain Hope's Kids, was founded in 1989 as The Hope Foundation for the Homeless, serving as a clearinghouse of donated resources. During the early 1990's, mothers with babies and children became the fastest growing segment of the homeless population. Because of this alarming trend, the Board of Directors voted to focus the mission on meeting the needs of the most vulnerable in our community, homeless and at-risk children. In 2015, we re-branded to Hope Supply Co. to better reflect our commitment to providing hope for children.
As a community we must remember that their problems are our problems
